Good for the coming autumn/winter
Since autumn and winter are just around the corner and we Germans generally always have a vitamin D deficiency, these pills came in very handy for me.
They are to be taken every 5 days, so with 180 tablets you have a supply for 900 days or a good 2.5 years. However, since the pills I received only last for about 2 years, you should probably share them with someone. You can't complain about the price either, because you can easily invest a few euros for such a long period of time.
Taking the pill itself is very easy, as the pills are very small and should be easy for everyone to swallow.

As soon as the sun is shining outside, I supplement my vitamin D with tablets. I am now trying the depot version for the first time. The "VitaCare Vitamin D3 + K2 Depot" contains 5000 IU for 5 days, i.e. 1000 IU per day, which is 200 IU above the RKI recommendation. The tablets are relatively small and therefore easy to swallow. When you open the container, you notice a somewhat strange smell, I would say it smells like old paper. The tablets themselves, however, have no noticeable taste. The price seems expensive at first, but 180 tablets are enough for 900 days, which makes for a fabulous price/performance ratio!
