Why can't I find anything about the effects of many of your products?

Unfortunately, since December 14, 2012, the EU's so-called Health Claims Regulation prohibits manufacturers of food supplements from making any kind of health and effectiveness claims (with a few exceptions). For this reason, we have to limit ourselves to the pure product properties for many of our products. In these cases, we recommend that you do your own research on the Internet using reputable sources. A doctor can usually also advise you, as he is not bound by the Health Claims Regulation.


Where are your products manufactured?

VitaCare products are manufactured exclusively in strictly tested facilities in Germany.

You can also order on account in our online shop! We work with Paypal for this. Paypal is one of the leading payment providers that handles payment processing externally for us. Our orders on account must therefore always be transferred to Paypal. You will find the payment instructions for the transfer to Paypal on the invoice. The payment term with Paypal is 4 weeks.

Shipping within Germany is insured and includes a tracking number. Delivery time is usually 1-2 working days. Shipping is free for orders over 39€.

How much are the shipping costs in Germany?

Shipping is free for orders over €49.90 . Shipping costs for orders below this amount will be displayed at checkout.


Which shipping service provider will be used to send the shipment?

We only ship with DHL to ensure fast and safe delivery.
